Returns Policy

  • 7 day return policy with receipt of purchase. 
  • No refunds or exchange on non-stocked items (meaning special orders)
  • Layby: a 20% re-stock fee applicable if layby is cancelled.
  • No refunds on sale items

  • The goods must be returned within 90 days of purchase and The goods are returned in “as new” condition (goods will not be accepted for return if previously fitted, have missing screws or are unsaleable
  • Door hardware and switching incurs a 20% restocking fee on Special  / non-stocked order. 
  • Plus Freight charge to send back.
